1) A PDF copy of either The Pocket Guide to Strategic Planning: The 90-Day Quick Fix for the Business Owner or Manager or The Strategic Planning Workbook and Guide for Financial Institutions. Either guide can be used as an easy to use template to prepare your strategic plan.

2) A 30-minute phone consultation with Ken Bator on the strategic plan for your business. It is strongly suggested that clients first review and use one of the guides mentioned above as a template prior to the 30-minute session. However, in certain cases requests to begin with the consultation may be accepted. If the client would prefer a 30-minute video session via Skype, Google Hangouts, or equivalent in lieu of a phone call that can be accommodated.

3) A custom list of specific BTC articles, videos, and/or podcasts will be provided to the client, based on the challenges of the business, to further the strategic planning process will be provided within 24 hours of the consultation.

4) Once the client has provided the organization drivers, goals, and objectives for the business a Strategic Map will be provided. The Strategic Map serves as a quick and valuable tool to keep the client on track to achieve strategic goals.
